Abstract: By studying the function of graduates’ employment agreement, this paper analyzes the present problems inherent in it, and takes in depth research into the conflict and relationship between employment agreement system and labor contract system. Nowadays, employment agreement is a necessary means of managing students’ graduation. But future prospects and development favors combining employment agreement with labor contract.
