The twenty-two lectures of "The Bi-weekly Academic Forum on Labor Economics" was held successfully in the conference room 347 of Qui Shi Building in the afternoon of November 10. The theme of the lecture is "Dynamic Estimation on Policy Impact", The main speaker is Dr. Chen Jingqi who is now teaching at Peking University.The seminar was chaired by the Zhao Zhong. Ding Dajian, Geng Lin, Ge Yuhao and related professional doctor and master heard the lecture.

In the lecture, Dr. Chen Jingqi described its view and ideas on the dynamic estimation. His paper has improved the existing general estimation equation which achieved more accurate estimation on the policy impact. In addition, On the basis of the analysis and improvement of existing methods, Dr. Chen Jingqi also used the relevant data of U.S. social welfare programs to do empirical study, and also made the argument on the advantages and reliability of the proposed method.

Teachers and graduate students at present expressed their views on related methods and empirical analysis.
