From May 13 to 16,the Seminar of Post Crisis Wage Growth and Job Creation was sponsored by the International Labour 

Organization and the National Federation of the International Department in Beijing. In the morning of May 14th, 

Professor Zeng Xiangquan, Director of SLHR and CIER,was invited to teach the class. He analysised the challenges, 

problems and Countermeasures faced in the aspects of job growth and wage adjustment after the financial crisis in our 

country. Leaders and experts of the National Federation of Trade Unions, the ILO Training Centre in Turin and Italy 

also teached for this seminar. Persons were as trainees in the Trade unions, Women's federations and related 

fields from the country such as Pakistan, Philippines, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, Indonesia, Nepal, 

Vietnam and so on participanted in the seminar.
