On December 11th,China Association for Employment Promotion held "The High Level Seminar of Employment Problem" in the 

MHRSS. The president of  China Association for Employment Promotion Zhang Xiaojian attended the meeting and delivered a 

speech. Deputy president of  China Association for Employment Promotion and Director of CIER Zeng Xiangquan was invited to 

attend the meeting. On the seminar, he had a speech on the topic of " The Theory and Policy Research of Strengthening the 

Quality of Employment". Song Xiaowu, Cai Fang, Tian Xiaobao, Mo Rong, Liu Yanbin, Dang Xiaojie, other experts and leaders 

of the MHRSS and Beijing BHRSS were also invited to attend the meeting and delivered speeches.
